Kala Utsav is an innovative program of the Government of India Ministry of Human Resource Development to promote arts in education by nurturing and showcasing the talent of students at the secondary school level in India.
Harshil Tandel (Class 9A) stood first at the State Level classical dance Bharatanatyam competition in Kala Utsav 2020 which was held through a virtual platform. He will represent Gujarat at the National level on January 19, 2021.
